MEMO EVALUATION RESULTS

Dear All,

 

It is with great pleasure that we announce the results of the memorial evaluation round of the 4th edition of Trilegal’s NALSAR – CCI Antitrust Moot Court Competition, 2025. Before advancing, we would like to announce that this edition of the moot witnessed the participation of a monumental 121 teams, not only continuing our status as the largest antitrust moot of the country but also the largest Moot Court Competition hosted by NALSAR University of Law ever.

 

Given that only 24 teams are to qualify the memorial elimination round and proceed to the Oral Rounds, we acknowledge that it makes the memorial evaluation even more critical. The memorials were evaluated by our esteemed panel of judges, and the evaluation process lasted for more than 3 weeks. The high calibre of the memorials presented a significant challenge, leading to a closely contested competition. The level of research, analysis, and advocacy displayed in the submissions was commendable, making the evaluation process rigorous and competitive. The Organising Committee has taken all measures to reduce arbitrariness and has ensured that only the best-of-the-best advance to the Oral Rounds.

 

We are immensely proud of the dedication and hard work demonstrated by all the teams. The effort invested in your memorials has made this competition more competitive and raised the bar for future editions. Witnessing such a high level of scholarship and advocacy is inspiring.

 

Lastly, we would like to inform all participants that the Memorial Scores of each team shall be declared after the Oral Rounds of the Moot, which are scheduled from 21st to 23rd March 2025.
